If you have not seen this image it is worthy of a look. It is available at a couple of web sites primarily at the
Collection of The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County web site. But the
Wired Magazine article on the image has some additional information about the image and the technology used to restore it.
There is also another later panorama of Cinncinati from 1866 available
here.
Check them out, you will not be disappointed. There are lots of great modeling ideas in both.
